I had a great experience with Water Pro and would highly recommend them. Andy and Chris were both wonderful. Andy cares about his customers and works hard to ensure that you are happy with the job. They are able to do both the water mitigation and repair work. They’re honest and don’t try to sell you more than you need. Andy clearly explained what work needed to be done without using jargon so that I could understand. Hopefully, you’ll never need them, but when that emergency happens, Water Pro is the company to call!

Water Pro completed a mini-renovation I had in my master bathroom. Andy was very helpful in explaining the process and steps that I would need to take along the way. He was also very responsive and professional. On top of it all, he offers knowledgeable advice with the end goal of helping you save money on your project! Andy and his team were great! He was able to get to our house shortly after contacting him. He assessed the damage and explained everything to us. Our floors and ceiling were soaked, but he was able to get them dry within a few days. The team then came out and repaired the remaining damage. Andy also worked with the insurance company to get the claim processed quickly! Thank you for making a stressful situation easier for us!!

Andy the owner goes above and beyond. I called him and left a message about a leak in our house. He calls me back a few hours later and tells me he’d arrive in a couple hours, actually got here way earlier. Spends almost 3 hours looking for the source of the leak, talking us through his thinking process the whole time, and finally finds that an electrician had poked a hole through one of our pipes. Our previous plumber wasn’t able to figure that out and we had gone through the whole water mitigation and restoration process thinking our shower was the problem. Andy didn’t take any money, saying this was just a service call. But we will definitely be hiring him for restoration! Best contractor I’ve ever worked with. You can clearly see he just wants to help, even though we may have never hired him. 10 stars.

After starting with another company, I found Andy and Water Pros. If you want the best don’t look any further. What you find in Water Pros is honest, great quality work. Simple put Andy delivers!!!
