Jon Mckenney and Padideh Jafari are the hosts of the Narcissist Abuse Recovery Channel, bringing their wisdom and expertise to the airwaves.  One of the beautiful things about the podcast is their balanced approach to narcissistic recovery–  it’s not a man issue or a woman issue, it’s a people issue, as narcissists do not discriminate about who they harm.  You get both male and female perspectives on all things in the podcast, which brings the ability to help and connect with all who listen.  Not only that, but Padideh and Jon both have been abused by narcissists as well, and have first-hand knowledge of the recovery process.
